Terms of Participation

By enrolling in the Bowly Can Author Experience, you are agreeing to the following terms:

1. You MAY use any digital material (videos, books and worksheets) for your own use, within your own classroom or organisation.

2. You MAY NOT claim the digital resources as your own, alter files in any way or share these with others.

3. No part of the resources may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, copied in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise transmitted without written permission from the author, Angharad Davies.

4. The right of Angharad Davies to be identified as author and illustrator of the Work (the Bowly Can picture book being created in conjunction with this author experience) produced during this online experience with schools and children's organisations has been asserted by her in accordance with sections 77 and 78 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
